Terms of Use
Last updated: June 8, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Puggy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
Puggy is a personal organizer: it captures what you send and organizes it with AI into notes, summaries, and categories. Puggy is an archivist, not an assistant — it does not perform tasks, schedule things, or act on your behalf; labels like “task” or “event” are only for organizing.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Puggy for unlawful purposes, to send content that infringes others' rights, or to attempt to compromise the security or availability of the service.
4. Your content
The content you send is yours. You grant us only the license needed to process, organize, and — when you authorize it — forward it to the apps you connect, all in order to provide the service.
5. Third-party integrations
By connecting external apps (such as Notion or Todoist), you authorize Puggy to send your notes to them. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
6. AI limitations
AI-based organization is automatic and may contain inaccuracies. It is provided “as is,” and you should review important information before relying on it.
7. Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. We may change or discontinue features.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puggy is not liable for indirect damages or for data loss arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Questions? Email privacy@puggynotes.com.
